Student, Collector, Curator, Board Member, Art Volunteer and Fundraiser, Painter

Through a lifetime of rich art experiences that include studying art at Purdue University, the Des Moines Art Center and the Visual Arts Center of New Jersey, collecting art as our family moved around the country, working with New York art galleries and museums to curate, for the Summit Art Center, a drawing exhibition, a sculpture and tapestry exhibition, a solo exhibition for the historically significant gallery owner and artist Betty Parsons, and a one man show for famed artist Philip Pearlstein, while serving on various art boards, volunteering and fundraising for the arts … I have become a painter.

The subject matter of my paintings includes landscapes and skyscapes based on photographs from my world travels, still life studies and my series of rooster paintings.  My work is in collections in NJ, NY, PA, VA, SC, NC, NM, CA, FL and LA.
