Celeste has been drawing and painting for her entire life.  It is only in the last 10 years that she has been displaying her work.  She received her Associates in Fine Arts from the County College of Morris and is currently pursuing a degree in Individualized Studies at Fairleigh Dickinson University.  She is currently the president of the Drew Art Association and a past president of  Chatham Township Art League (currently Art League of the Chathams).

She has been showing her work throughout New York and New Jersey in both juried and non juried shows.  Her medium of choice is oil, but she also enjoys working in acrylic pastel and watercolor.   The large florals which are the subjects of most of her paintings are from photographs she has taken in her own gardens and other public gardens throughout the state.  She has had numerous solo shows and her work is in many private collections.

Celeste was born and raised in Green Village and currently lives in Chatham Township with her husband, Peter and a menagerie of furry and feathered creatures.
